I was near the Happy Mansions in Section 17, PJ when I passed by this shop (not far away from the beef noodles).
As you can see from the picture, the shop was closed. But it wasn't the bak kut teh (written in Chinese only) that got my attention, but the curry roast pork mee.
Curiousity aroused, I ventured back to the shop for lunch when I was on my way to work another day.
Despite what was written on the signboard, the shop doesn't sell curry mee. But it does have normal roast pork (siew yuk) mee whcih I promptly ordered one for sampling
The roast pork skin was very crispy, but the noodles were ordinary stuff. I also ordered the wanton, and they weren't fantastic either. Overall, just ordinary though it's not a bad place to go if the running man chicken rice up the hill just sold out their roast pork.
Porketeer Rating : 8/10 for the roast pork, 6/10 overall.
